McElroy Fusion Training Course & Maintenance

At VARI-TECH LLC we offer a course on the fusion process with McElroy machines. In this course you will learn in two ways. The first is in a class room environment where you can learn how the procedure works before using a machine. The second part is hands on experience with a McElroy machine with one of our trained experts. At the end of this process you will be giving a certification.

Our training can cover the following materials and joining methods:

Materials: HDPE, PP-R, and PVC.

Joining methods: Butt Fusion, Socket Fusion, Extrusion welding, Large Diameter Butt Fusion, Gas Line Fusion, Electrofusion, and In-ditch Fusion.
